【摘要】 目的:观察西洋参水煎液预处理对大鼠脑缺血后心律失常的发生和心脏Cx43表达的影响。方法:采用线栓法栓塞大脑中动脉建立大鼠脑缺血模型,术前给西洋参水煎液预处理,监测术后2 h心电图,采用免疫印迹法和组织免疫荧光法检测心室肌Cx43蛋白表达和分布改变。结果:与模型对照组比较,西洋参水煎液预处理组心律失常的出现时间延长,且持续时长明显降低,电镜超微结构可见心肌润盘和缝隙连接损伤减轻,能明显上调心室肌Cx43蛋白表达。结论:西洋参水煎液预处理对大鼠脑缺血后心脏损伤具有明显保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the effects of American ginseng on the expression of myocardium connexin43( Cx43)and its influence for arrhythmia in cerebral ischemia rats. Methods: The cerebral ischemia models were established by occluding right middle cerebral artery. American ginseng decoction was given as preconditioning to rats before modeling.ECG was monitored after two hours of modeling,and the expression and distribution of Cx43 were detected with Western blot method and immunohistochemistry technique. Results: Preconditioning of American ginseng enhanced the expression of Cx43 in the ventricle after cerebral ischemia. The injury of bridge corpuscle in intercalated disc and gap junction in myocardial tissue were reduced under the electron microscope,and the start time of arrhythmias was delayed and the duration was much shorter in American ginseng group compared to those in the model group. Conclusion: Preconditioning of American ginseng have protective effect for myocardium after acute cerebral ischemia.更多还原
