【Abstract】 Diabetic nephropathy is one of the microvascular complications of diabetes,which is most common and intractable in clinic. It is the main cause of final stage of renal disease. Professor Xu differed the syndromes of diabetic nephropathy into four patterns,which are damp-heat and blood stagnation,blood stasis due to qi deficiency,the Kidney deficiency with blood stasis,interactivity of blood stasis and toxin. Xu’s empirical formula Yishen Lishui Decoction( Decoction of invigorating the Kidney and promoting diuresis) was introduced,in terms of the composition and function mechanism.更多还原
