厦门市某制造企业工人营养知识、态度及行为现状调查
A Nutrition KAP Survey in Workers of a Manufacturing Enterprise on Xiamen
【摘要】 目的了解厦门市企业工人营养知识、态度及行为现状和影响因素,为开展营养健康教育提供依据。方法随机选取厦门市一家制造企业,采用问卷调查法对该企业全体工人进行营养知识(K)、态度(A)和行为(P)调查。结果该企业工人营养知识总知晓率为65.4%;营养知识、营养态度平均得分分别为9.16±2.69、24.31±2.85分;职工文化程度越高,得分越高(F=20.393,P<0.05);营养知识得分越高,营养态度越积极(F=10.297,P<0.01);营养知识得分越高,营养行为越合理(F=38.864,P<0.05);营养态度得分越高,营养行为越合理(F=6.863,P<0.05)。结论该企业员工营养知识不够健全,营养态度尚可,亟待开展营养健康教育。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the Xiamen enterprise workers’ nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice status and influencing factors and provide a basis for health education on nutrition. Methods A manufacturing enterprise was randomly selected from Xiamen,and a questionnaire survey on nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice was conducted in the staff of the enterprise. Results The total awareness rate of nutrition knowledge in workers of the enterprise was 65. 4%; the average nutrition knowledge and attitude scores were 9. 16± 2. 69 and 24. 31 ± 2. 85,respectively; workers with the higher educational degree got the higher scores( F= 20. 393; P < 0. 001); workers with the higher nutrition knowledge score had the more rational nutrition practice( F = 38. 864,P < 0. 001); workers with the higher nutrition attitude score had the more rational nutrition practice( F = 6. 863,P < 0. 001). Conclusion Employees of the enterprise have not sufficient nutrition knowledge; their nutrition attitude is acceptable. Health education on nutrition is imperatively needed.
