【摘要】 目的探讨单侧入路经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗老年脊柱脆性骨折的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月广州市番禺区中医院收治的100例老年脊柱脆性骨折患者作为研究对象,采取计算机随机分组法将其分为两组,每组50例。对照组患者实施双侧入路经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗,观察组患者实施单侧入路经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、骨水泥注入量较对照组均明显更少,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与手术前相比,手术后对照组和观察组患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、椎体高度、Cobb角均明显改善(P<0.05),但组间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论在老年脊柱脆性骨折的临床治疗中,单侧入路经皮椎体后凸成形术的治疗效果显著,且具有手术时间短、术中出血量小、骨水泥注入量少的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and explore the clinical effect of unilateral into the path of percutaneous vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty in the treatment of senile spinal fracture.Methods In January 2013~December 2015,100 cases of elderly patients with brittle fracture of spine were randomly selected as the subjects of this study,the patients were randomly divided into two groups by the computer random grouping method,50 cases in each group. The control group was implemented bilateral into the path of percutaneous vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty surgery in the treatment,the observation group received unilateral into the path of percutaneous vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty treatment.Results The operative time, the observation group blood loss,the amount of bone cement injection was significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with before surgery,after surgery in the control group and the observation group of patients with visual analogue scale(VAS) score,vertebral height and Cobb angle were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of senile spinal brittle fracture,the treatment effect of unilateral percutaneous vertebral kyphoplasty surgery is remarkable,and has short operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume small,bone cement injection quantity and the advantages.更多还原
