【摘要】 目的探讨氟比洛芬酯联合右美托咪定用于预防瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2016年1—6月于南海区中医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、氟比洛芬酯组、右美托咪定组和联合用药组,每组20例。根据各组预防给药方式进行干预,比较4组患者术后1 h、2 h、6 h、12 h、24 h疼痛程度、术后24 h追加镇痛药物情况及不良反应发生情况。结果术后1 h、2 h、6 h、12 h、24 h,氟比洛芬酯组、右美托咪定组及联合用药组患者疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均明显低于对照组,联合用药组患者VAS评分均明显低于氟比洛芬酯组、右美托咪定组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);联合用药组患者术后24 h内追加镇痛药物发生率明显低于其他3组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);右美托咪定组和联合用药组患者躁动发生率均明显低于对照组、氟比洛芬酯组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯联合右美托咪定能有效降低瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏发生情况,同时可显著降低术后躁动发生率,比单独用药疗效更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the flurbiprofen axetil combined with dexmedetomidine to prevent remifentanil-induced hyperalgesia.Methods 80 cases were selected from 2016 1-6 month in Nanhai District Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,were randomly divided into control group,flurbiprofen group,dexmedetomidine group and combination group,20 cases in each group. According to the methods of prevention and treatment,the 4 groups of patients with 1 h,2 h,6 h,12 h, 24 h pain,postoperative 24 h additional analgesic drug situation and adverse reactions were compared.Results After 1 h,2 h,6 h,12 h,24 h flurbiprofen group,dexmedetomidine scale model group and combination group(VAS) in patients with visual pain scores were significantly lower than the control group,combined treatment group patients with VAS score were significantly lower than those in flurbiprofen group,dexmedetomidine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);additional analgesic drugs were significantly lower than the other 3 groups within 24 h combined treatment group patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);dexmedetomidine group and combination group incidence was significantly lower than that of control group and flurbiprofen group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil combined with dexmedetomidine can effectively reduce the incidence of allergies pain after remifentanil anesthesia,and can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative agitation,better than the single drug efficacy.更多还原
