【Abstract】 In order to research the content and distribution of pigment in konjac,four kinds of konjac were observed by using visual inspection and microscope. The results showed that the pigment in Amorphophallus hayi and A. krausei is the most,A. konjac is less,A. albus is least. The chromatophore is circular,about 10—25 μm,distributing in leaf’s of palisade tissue,spongy tissue and parenchyma cells.更多还原
