羧甲基甲壳素的制备工艺研究
Study on the Preparation of Carboxymethyl Chitin
【摘要】 采用一步法将甲壳素进行碱化,在碱性环境下与氯乙酸反应进行羧甲基结构修饰,制备出水溶性的羧甲基甲壳素。对制备中的主要影响因素进行了研究,结果表明:当碱液浓度为45%、碱化时间为12 h、甲壳素与氯乙酸的摩尔比为1∶3.5、反应时间为8 h、体系中含水量为30%时,产品取代度,产品得率为99.04%。
【Abstract】 Chitin was alkalified by one-step method,carboxymethyl structural modificated with chloroacetic acid in alkaline to prepare water-soluble carboxymethyl chitin. The main influence factors for preparation were studied. The results showed that when the concentration of alkali was 45%,the reaction time was 12 h,mole ratio of chitin to chloroacetic acid was 1∶ 3. 5,the reaction time was 8 h,system water content was 30%,the optimal product yield reached 99. 04%.
