【摘要】 目的:运用中医辨证论治结合现代机理研究及临床实践,观察针灸治疗卵巢储备功能减退的临床疗效分析。方法:将卵巢储备功能下降的90例患者随机分为人工周期组、针灸组、联合治疗组并进行治疗,观察治疗前后患者血清FSH、LH、E2、AMH水平及卵巢直径大小和窦状卵泡数的变化。结果:治疗后FSH、LH水平均较治疗前明显降低,AMH水平较治疗前升高,基础窦状卵泡数比治疗前增加、卵巢最大平均直径比治疗前增大。各组中FSH、LH、AMH、AFC、MOD相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),E2水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用针灸治疗卵巢储备功能减退对改善卵巢储备功能,预防及延缓卵巢早衰的发生具有非常重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture on diminished ovarian reserve.Methods:90 patients with decreased ovarian reserve function were randomly divided into the periodical group,acupuncture group and integrative group.The levels of FSH,LH,E2,AMH,ovarian diameter and the number of sinus follicles were observed.Results:After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH were significantly lower;the level of AMH was higher.The number of basal sinus follicles was higher;the maximal mean diameter of ovaries was increased.There were significant differences in FSH,LH,AMH,AFC and MOD between groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in E2(P>0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture on diminished ovarian reserve can improve ovarian reserve function,prevent from or delay premature ovarian failure,shows a great significance.更多还原
