【摘要】 目的:研究分析补肾益气中药对过度训练进行干预的效果。方法:采用大鼠过度训练模型,运用中药调整,采集对照组(A组)和实验组(B组,C组)大鼠各项指标的变化。分析其机体机能的损伤变化和中药调整所起的作用。结果:随着训练周数的增加,A组各项指标基本没有变化;B组的睾酮呈下降趋势,其余指标均呈上升趋势;C组均呈上升趋势。在各周的时间点,B组的睾酮均低于A组和C组(P<0.05),C组的睾酮均高于A组,但差异不明显(P>0.05);其他指标B组均高于A组和C组(P<0.05),C组均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益气类中药能够明显改善过度训练大鼠的各项生化学指标,缓解大鼠的运动疲劳症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of the Bushen Yiqi prescription on over-training rats.Methods:Rat model of overtraining training was used to adjust the indexes in the control group(group A) and the experimental group(group B and group C),to analyze its body function damage changes and the role of TCM medicine adjustment.Results:With the increase of training weeks,the indexes in group A did not change;the testosterone in group B was decreased,and the other indexes showed an increasing trend.Group C showed an increasing trend.The testosterone in group B was lower than that in group A and group C(P<0.05).The testosterone in group C was higher than that in group A;the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The frequency of group C was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Yqiqi prescription can obviously improve the biochemical indexes of overtraining rats and alleviate the symptoms of exercise fatigue in rats.更多还原
