【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床效果观察。方法:将2015年4月-2017年4月在我院骨科治疗的60例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为两组,均行椎体复位治疗,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、骨密度及疼痛程度、Cobb角及椎体压缩率、复位率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后骨密度及VAS疼痛评分明显较对照组改善,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Cobb角、椎体压缩率、复位率较对照组明显改善,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折具有良好疗效,能有效增强骨密度,降低疼痛感,促进压缩椎体高度的恢复,具有积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the integrated medicine on osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods: 60 elderly patients were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Both groups received reduction of vertebral body. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with the integrated medicine. The clinical efficacy, bone mineral density and pain degree, Cobb angle and vertebral compression rate, and the reduction rate of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 76.67% in the control group(P<0.05); The bone mineral density and VAS pain score in the observation group were more significantly improved than the control group(P<0.05); Cobb angle and vertebral compression rate, and the reduction rate in the observation group were more significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrated medicine on osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture was effective, could effectively enhance bone density, reduce pain,and promote the recovery of compressed vertebral height, with positive clinical significance.更多还原
