【摘要】 目的:观察针灸治疗手术后胃动力障碍的临床疗效。方法;本次研究对象选取2011年2月-2015年11月间在我院接受治疗的胃动力障碍患者129例,采用中医针灸疗法治疗手术后胃动力障碍。结果:129例患者中,显效85例,占65.9%,有效35例,占27.1%,无效9例,占7.0%,总有效率达93.0%。结论:针灸疗效不逊于吗丁啉,且在调节胃运动紊乱和改善纳差、呃逆等临床症状方面优于吗丁啉,且无副作用,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe effects of acupuncture on postoperative gastric dysmotility. Methods: 129 patients were selected and treated by acupuncture. Results: In 129 patients, 85 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 65.9%; 35 cases(27.1%) were effective; 9 cases(7.0%) were effective; the total efficiency was 93.0%. Conclusion: Acupuncture on postoperative gastric dysmotility shows a good effect, and can regulate the movement of gastric motility and improve the anorexia, hiccup and other clinical symptoms, with no side effect, and is worth promoting.更多还原
