【摘要】 目的:通过观察针刺宁神穴与常规穴位相结合治疗偏头痛与针刺常规穴位治疗偏头痛患者血清IgG、IgM的变化,来探讨偏头痛的发病机制与作用机理。方法:将患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用宁神穴结合常规穴位治疗,对照组采用常规穴位治疗。治疗2个疗程后,观察两组治疗前后头痛发作次数、程度、持续时间的变化及伴随症状,用头痛积分法记录积分,并测定两组治疗前与治疗后血清IgG、IgM的值。结果:(1)两组经治疗后均有效,且治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组治疗后疗效比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)经治疗后患者血清IgG、IgM均较治疗前降低,且治疗组较对照组降低更加明显。结论:针刺宁神穴对偏头痛有显著疗效,并能降低患者血清IgG、IgM的含量。而治疗偏头痛的作用机理可能与调控血清IgG、IgM的含量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the mechanism and effects of acupuncturing Ningshen acu-point on the serum IgG and IgM. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 patients in each group. The treatment group received acupuncture on Ningshen acupoint with conventional acupuncture points; while the control group was treated by acupuncture on conventional acupoints. After 2 courses, the changes of the number, degree and duration of headache before and after treatment in two groups and the accompanying symptoms were observed. The headache score was used to record points, and the values of serum IgG and IgM before and after treatment were measured. Result:(1) The efficacy were good in two groups; and that in the treatment group was better; the efficacy in two groups after treatment was significantly different(P<0.05).(2) After treatment, serum IgG and IgM were lower than those before treatment, and those in the treatment group was more significant than the control group. Conclusion:(1) Acupuncture on Ningshen acu-point had significant curative effect on migraine.(2) Ningshen acu-point acupuncture could decrease the content of serum IgG, IgM. The mechanism may be related to regulating and controlling the content of serum IgG and IgM.更多还原
