【摘要】 目的:观察95%酒精联合黄连膏湿敷治疗多巴胺外渗的疗效。方法:将26例碘伏醇外渗的患者随机分为研究组(95%酒精联合黄连膏湿敷)和对照组(50%硫酸镁湿敷),每组13例,研究组给予黄连膏持续8小时湿敷多巴胺外渗部位,一日3次,对照组给予50%硫酸镁持续8小时湿敷多巴胺外渗部位,一日3次,7日后观察临床效果。结果:研究组患者总有效率为84.6%(11/13),远远高于对照组的76.9%(10/13),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组无不良反应,且经济实惠方便操作。结论:95%酒精联合黄连膏湿敷治疗多巴胺外渗临床疗效显著,经济实惠,操作方便易行,安全可靠,无不良反应,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of 95% alcohol with the Huanglian scream on dopamine extravasation. Methods: 26 patients were randomly divided into the study group(95% alcohol with the Huanglian scream) and the control group(50% magnesium sulfate), each group of 13 cases. The Huanglian scream and magnesium sulfate were given for sustained 8 hours, 3 times per day. Results: The total efficiency was 84.6%(11/13) in the study group, was significantly higher than 76.9% in the control group(P<0.05). There was no adverse reaction and the method was convenient in the study group. Conclusion: 95% alcohol with the Huanglian scream on dopamine extravasation is effective, economical, easy to operate, safe and reliable, with no adverse reaction, and worth promoting.更多还原
