【摘要】 目的:探讨和观察中西医结合治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效。方法:将100例血管性头痛(中医辨证均属于肝阳上亢型)患者随机分为两组,对照组50例给予西医常规治疗;治疗组50例在西医常规用药基础上加用自拟平降汤,治疗后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为94%,对照组为80%(P<0.05)。对照组和治疗组均没有出现明显不良反应。结论:应用平降汤联合西医常规治疗血管性头痛肝阳上亢型能明显改善患者头痛症状,具有良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on headaches. Methods: 100 patients were divided into 2 groups, 50 cases for each. The control group was given the conventional western medicine; and the treatment group was given the Pingjiang decoction more. After treatment, efficiency in two groups was compared. Results: The total efficiency was 94% in the treatment group, and 80% in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant adverse reaction in groups. Conclusion: The integrative medicine on headaches of the Ganyang Shangkang type shows a good effect.更多还原
