【摘要】 目的:解析柔肝化纤方联合西药治疗肝硬化伴糖尿病肝肾阴虚型的疗效。方法:选取我院2013年9月-2015年12月收治的110例肝硬化伴糖尿病肝肾阴虚型患者,按照患者住院尾号的奇偶数,分成观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用柔肝化纤方,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为94.55%、72.73%,P<0.05。两组肝功能、凝血功能比较,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:肝硬化伴糖尿病肝肾阴虚型患者给予柔肝化纤方治疗,临床疗效确切,并可有效改善患者的肝功能和凝血功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze efficacy of the Rougan Huaxian decoction plus western medicine on liver cirrhosis with diabetes of the Ganshen Yinxu type. Methods: 110 patients from September 2013 to December 2015 were divided into the observation group and the control group, 55 patients for each. The control group was given western medicine; and the observation group was given the Rougan Huaxian decoction more. Efficiency in two groups were compared. Results: The total efficiency was 94.55% in the observation group, and 72.73% in the control group, P<0.05. The liver function and blood coagulation function in two groups were compared; and the difference was significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: The Rougan Huaxian decoction plus western medicine on liver cirrhosis with diabetes of the Ganshen Yinxu type shows a curative effect, and improves liver function and coagulation function.更多还原
