【摘要】 目的:观察自拟二妙止淋汤治疗经期延长(阴虚夹湿热型)的临床疗效。方法:采用自体对照研究,对我院妇科门诊2015年1月-2016年1月80例阴虚夹湿热型经期延长患者予二妙止淋汤加减口服治疗,疗程为3个月经周期,观察治疗前、疗程结束后主症、次症积分变化,评估治疗效果。所有患者均随诊3个月,观察复发情况。结果:治疗前主证和次证积分分别为(19.3±3.7)和(6.8±1.7)分,治疗后分别为(5.3±0.9)和(1.9±0.3)分,较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。80例患者治疗总有效率为97.50%,停药后随诊3个月,复发率为15.00%。结论:二妙止淋汤治疗阴虚夹湿热型经期延长疗效好,临床症状改善明显,复发率低,适合临床参考运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of the Ermiao Zhilin decoction on menstrual extension(the Yinxu Shire symptom). Methods: 80 patients were treaed with the Ermiao Zhilin decoction, 3 menstrual cycles as a course. The changes of the main symptom and minor symptom scores were observed, to evaluate effects. Results: The main symptom and minor symptom scores respectively were(5.3±0.9) and(1.9±0.3), and significantly lower than(19.3±3.7) and(6.8±1.7) before treatment(P<0.05). The efficiency was 97.5%. Following up 3 months, the recurrence rate was 15%. Conclusion: The Ermiao Zhilin decoction on menstrual extension shows a significant effect, can significantly improve clinical symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate, suitable for clinical reference.更多还原
