【摘要】 目的:探讨系统化护理干预在甲状腺功能减退症(简称"甲减")患者中的应用效果。方法:将90例甲减患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予系统化护理干预。6个月后比较两组的护理效果。结果:两组患者治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:系统化护理干预可提高甲减患者的治疗效果及其对相关知识的掌握,预防并发症的发生,降低患者再次住院率,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study effects of systematic nursing intervention on patients with hypothyroidism.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases for each.The control group received routine care.The observation group received systematic nursing intervention more.After 6 months,two groups were compared.Results:Effects between two groups have a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Systematic nursing intervention on hypothyroidism is effective,and can help to master knowledge,prevent complications,reduce the rate of rehospitalization,and improved patients’ satisfaction.更多还原
