【摘要】 目的:观察输尿管上段结石术后残留结石患者予以平衡针、防石合剂治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月—2016年1月医院收治的85例输尿管上段结石碎石术后残留结石患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗措施分成两组:观察组43例、对照组42例。结果:观察组患者临床有效率为95.35%,较对照组的83.33%显著要高(P<0.05)。观察组在2周、4周、6周时的排石率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01);平均排石时间快于对照组(P<0.01);从接诊至疼痛缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:平衡针联合防石合剂用于输尿管上段结石碎石术后对残留结石的清除效果较好,且能迅速缓解疼痛,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe effects of balance acupuncture and the Fangshi mixture on residual stones after upper ureteral calculi operation.Methods:85 cases were selected and divided into the observation group(43 cases) and control group(42 cases).Results:The clinical efficiency in the observation group was 95.35% ,significantly higher than 83.33% in the control group(P<0.05).In 2 week,4 weeks and 6 weeks,the stone expulsion rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the observation group were lower(P<0.01);the mean expulsion time in the observation group was faster(PO.01);the time of admissions to relief was shorter(P<0.01).Conclusion:Balance acupuncture plus the Fangshi mixture on residual stones after lithotripsy in upper ureteral calculi operation shows a better effect,can quickly relieve pain,and is worthy of further study.更多还原
