【摘要】 目的:研究进展期白癜风患者应用调补肝肾活血化瘀法治疗的临床效果。方法:以我院2014年6月-2016年1月收治的进展期白癜凤患者80例为研究对象,按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用口服甲泼尼龙片,外涂卤米松软膏治疗,观察组采用调补肝肾活血化瘀法治疗,3个月疗程结束后,比较两组患者的治疗有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率82.5%,与对照组的62.5%相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无不良反应发生,对照组发生2例。结论对进展期白癜风患者应用调补肝肾活血化瘀法,疗效显著,可控制不良反应发生,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study clinical effects of the Bugan Huoxue Huayu therapy on advanced vitiligo patients.Methods:80 cases as the research were divided into control group and observation group,control group adopts oral prednisolone tablets,besmear outside halide betamethasone ointment treatment,observation group took the Huoxue Huayu therapy.Results:the total effective rate of observation group patients was 82.5%,compared with 62.5% in the control group obviously higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:For vitiligo,curative effect of the Huoxue Huayu therapy is distinct,can control adverse reactions.更多还原
