【摘要】 目的:研究并分析治疗老年胸痹症(冠心病)患者时使用丹参联合黄芪注射液的效果。方法:收集老年胸痹症患者共120例,根据随机对照、平行、单盲的原则将其分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例),对照组的治疗药物为丹参注射液,观察组则联合使用黄芪注射液。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率、心绞痛发作次数以及持续时间均明显优于对照组,P均<0.05。结论:在老年胸痹症患者的治疗过程中,丹参联合黄芪注射液更有益于患者,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study and analyze clinical effects of the Danshen injection plus the Huangqi injection on chest obstruction(CHD). Methods: 120 patients were collected and divided into the control group(60 cases) and observation group(60 cases) according to randomized, parallel, single-blind principle. The control group took the Danshen injection. The observation group received the Huangqi injection. Results: The total efficiency, the number and duration of angina episodes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The Danshen injection plus the Huangqi injection on treating chest obstruction was more beneficial to the patients, and worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
