【摘要】 目的:本文就糖肾2号降低早期糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的临床效果进行观察与探究。方法:选择我院自2014年8月—2016年6月收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者74例,依据患者来院就诊时间将其平均分为两组,每组患者37例。接受综合对症治疗的患者设为参照组,在参照组基础上接受糖肾2号治疗的患者设为研究组,最后比对两组早期糖尿病肾病的临床治疗效果。结果:研究组和参照组经不同方法治疗后,结果显示:研究组患者的治疗总有效率较比参照组明显较好,尿微量白蛋白水平的改善程度也明显好于参照组,数据结果经统计后差异正相关。结论:在早期糖尿病肾病治疗中应用糖肾2号治疗,效果显著,同时可以使尿微量白蛋白得以明显降低,具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe and explore the clinical effect of Tangshen No.2 on reducing microalbuminuria in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 74 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from August 2014 to June 2016 were evenly divided into two groups according to their admission order, with 37 cases in each group. Patients who received symptomatic supportive treatment were included in the control group and patients who received Tangshen No.2 combined with symptomatic supportive treatment were included in the research group. The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results: After different treatments, the results indicated that the total effective rate of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group, the improvement of microalbuminuria of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group, the data were statistically positive correlated. Conclusion: Tangshen No.2 had significant effect in treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy and it could reduce the microalbuminuria significantly and was of clinical application value.更多还原
