【摘要】 目的:对中医辨证治疗脾胃气虚型胃痛的临床疗效观察。方法:择选我院2014年8月—2015年8月所收治的60例脾胃气虚型胃痛患者作为本文研究对象,按随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,每组30例。其中,对照组患者采用临床西药进行治疗,观察组患者采用中医辨证法进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果展开分析与对比。结果:经临床治疗结果得出,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组临床治疗总有效率为63.33%,结果存在显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对脾胃气虚型胃痛患者采用中医辨证法进行治疗能够有效缓解患者临床不适症状,减少西药存在的不良反应,对患者病情有显著改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM treatment on dyspepsodynia of deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods: 60 cases of patients with dyspepsodynia of deficiency of spleen and stomach treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected as research subjects and divided randomly into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine dialectics treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was analyzed and compared. Results: The clinical results obtained after treatment showed that the clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 63.33%, there was a significant difference, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM treatment based on differentiation could effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and reduce the side effects of western medicine in treating patients with dyspepsodynia of deficiency of spleen and stomach, it could also improve the patients’ emotion significantly.更多还原
