【摘要】 目的:观察予肺福康丸治疗前后肺心病患者中医证候分布及演变情况。方法:将肺心病患者分为治疗组、对照组,两组均予以规范治疗,治疗组加服肺福康丸,分析患者治疗前与治疗一定时间后中医证候情况。结果:治疗前证候:1气虚;2阴虚、气虚、痰凝、血瘀;3气虚、血瘀。治疗10d。治疗组证候:1气虚、血瘀;2阴虚、痰凝;对照组证候:1气虚、血瘀;2阴虚、气虚、血瘀;3气虚;4痰凝、气虚。治疗30d,治疗组证候:1血瘀、气虚、痰凝;2气虚、阴虚;对照组证候:1气虚、血瘀、痰凝;2阴虚、血瘀、气虚。结论:肺福康丸对气虚、血瘀、阴虚证候的改善效果优于对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe TCM syndromes and evolvement of treating pulmonary heart with Feifukang Wan.Methods:All patients were divided into the treatment group and control group,and given standard treatment;the treatment group was treated with Feifukang Wan more.TCM syndromes were analyzed.Results:Before and after the treatment,the TCM syndromes in groups were different.Conclusion:The improvement in the treatment group of treating Qixu,Xueyu and Yinxu with Feifukang Wan is better than the control group.更多还原
