【摘要】 目的:观察滋阴固本颗粒预防多发性硬化复发的临床疗效,探寻滋肾活瘀法预防多发性硬化复发的可能作用机制。方法:将60例多发性硬化缓解期证属肝肾阴虚型患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用口服滋阴固本颗粒治疗,对照组采用口服银杏叶片治疗。治疗3年后,观察两组的神经功能缺损程度及临床疗效等指标。结果:滋阴固本颗粒预防多发性硬化复发明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾活瘀法预防多发性硬化有显著临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Ziyin Guben granules on multiple sclerosis recurrence,and explore the possible mechanism of the Zishen Huoyu therapy in preventing from multiple sclerosis. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with the Ziyin Guben granules; the control group was given the Yinxingye tablets. Results:The Ziyin Guben granules were more effective on recurrence of multiple sclerosis(P<0.05). Conclusion:The Zishen Huoyu therapy on multiple sclerosis showed a significant clinical effect.更多还原
