【摘要】 目的观察白牛宣肺汤治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 70例患者随机分为中药组33例和对照组32例。中药组采用白牛宣肺汤和孟鲁司特钠片模拟剂口服,对照组采用白牛宣肺汤模拟剂和孟鲁司特钠片口服,疗程均为7 d。比较两组患者止咳疗效。结果两组治疗前日间、夜间、VAS咳嗽症状积分比较差别不大(P>0.05)。经治疗7 d后中药组日间、夜间、VAS咳嗽症状积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.001),且经治疗后中药组日间、VAS咳嗽症状积分均较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。中药组日间和夜间止咳的总有效率90.91%、87.88%,分别高于对照组的68.75%、56.25%(均P<0.05)。治疗后中药组止咳起效时间明显短于对照组(P<0.001),咳嗽缓解时间和咳嗽痊愈时间明显短于对照组(均P<0.01)。整个观察过程中未发生与研究药物有关的不良事件。结论白牛宣肺汤治疗感染后咳嗽止咳疗效满意,且安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe curative effect of post infectious cough treated with Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction.Methods:70 patients with post infectious cough were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated with Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction and Montelukast sodium tablets simulants;the control group were treated with Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction simulants and Montelukast sodium tablets.Treatment course lasted for seven days.The antitussive effect was assessed after treatment.Results:The cough score of daytime,nighttime and VAS in the Treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment(P <0.001).The cough score of daytime and VAS in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of daytime and nighttime cough in the treatment group were90.91%,and 87.88%,respectively.The total effective rate of daytime and nighttime cough in the control group were 68.75%,56.25%,respectively.The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The onset time of cough in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.001).The cough remission time and cough recovery time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction treatment on post-infectious cough is satisfactory,and the security is good.更多还原
