【摘要】 目的观察益气和血、豁痰开窍法治疗脑外伤持续性植物状态(PVS)的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为中药治疗组和常规治疗组。两组均采用高压氧、药物促醒、神经刺激等治疗,中药治疗组加服中药汤剂,疗程为4周。比较两组治疗前后PVS评分,检测两组治疗前后丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)浓度,评价临床疗效及是否脱离植物状态。结果中药治疗组治疗后PVS评分优于常规治疗组(P<0.05),中药治疗组治疗前后MDA、SOD差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),治疗后组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气和血、豁痰开窍法治疗脑外伤PVS具有较好的临床疗效,可能通过减少患者氧自由基生成、减轻脑细胞损害的途径发挥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the treatment of persistent vegetative state caused by brain trauma with tonifying Qi,regulating blood,dissolving phlegm and regaining consciousness. Methods: PVS patients were divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and routine treatment group which received hyperbaric oxygenation,resuscitating medicine,nerve stimulation. Chinese medicine treatment group received oral herbal medicine on the basis of the routine treatment group. After 4 weeks course,PVS scores,curative-effect and the quantity out of PVS between two groups would be compared. All patients would have serum test of malonaldehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD). Results: PVS scores of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were higher than the conventional treatment group(P < 0.05). Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group had better clinical curative effect. The improvement on MDA(P < 0.01) and SOD(P < 0.05) of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group after the treatment was statistically significant. There was no statistical significance between the two groups in terms of MDA and SOD(P > 0.05). Conclusion: Tonifying qi,regulating blood,dissolving phlegm and regaining consciousness is an effective treatment of PVS caused by brain trauma,by reducing oxygen free radicals releasing and minimizing damage of cerebral cells.更多还原
