【Abstract】 With more than 30 years’ continuous development of the reform and opening up, China has become the global manufacturing center which is dominated by traditional labor-intensive industries, but the success can not conceal the embarrassment that is production without wisdom, big but not strong, and imitated but not innovative. Promoting China’s economic development to the high end, the key point, difficult point and breakthrough point are all in the manufacturing. To build the world’s intelligence center, the value of human capital is increasingly prominent. In order to realize the transformation of manufacturing from "assembler" to "integrator" and "innovator", we must make the skilled talents, especially the high-skilled talents as its important basis and premise of development. From the perspective of intelligent structure, overall quality and innovation consciousness, under the background of manufacturing industry transferring and upgrading, the connotation of high-skilled talents should further stress intelligence, excellence and specialty, so as to promote the development of China manufacturing from exogenous growth to connotation construction.更多还原
