【摘要】 目的:统计尿液常规检验周转时间(TAT),分析影响TAT的主要因素,提出改进对策。方法:利用医院LIS,对本院2016年1-10月尿常规检验TAT统计分析,建立TAT质量目标值,规定TAT合格率≥90%为达标,计算TAT合格率;于2016年10月17-31日抽取3个病区243份标本手工记录检验前TAT,计算实际住院尿常规检验前TAT合格率。结果:门诊尿常规检验总TAT目标值为2小时,合格率为100%;住院尿常规检验前TAT目标值为90min,实验室内TAT目标值为60min,医院LIS统计的检验前TAT合格率为80%左右,手工记录统计的检验前TAT合格率仅为15.63%,实验室内TAT合格率为70%左右。结论:门诊尿常规检验总TAT完全合格;住院尿常规检验前和实验室内TAT合格率全<90%,特别是住院尿常规实际检验前TAT合格率极低,是需改进的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]Tostatistical analysis of urine transit time( TAT),analysis of the main factors affecting TAT,put forward improvement measures. [Method]With hospital laboratory information management system( LIS),we statistical analyzed urine( TAT) from January to October2016. Establish turnaround time quality target value. The required turnaround time pass rate of 90% or greater was the standard. The turnaround time pass rate was calculated. 243 inpatients urine samples from October 17 to 31,2016,from three wards,were collected and the Pre-analytical turnaround timewas recorded,and the pass rate of the actual Pre-analytical turnaround timewere calculated. [Result]Outpatient urine routine test total turnaround time target is 2 hours,with a pass rate of 100%. Thehospitalized TAT target value is 90 minutes and 60 minutes in laboratory. The TAT pass rate is about 80% with hospital LIS. The qualified rate of TAT before manual inspection is only 15. 63,while,laboratory TAT pass rate is about 70%. [Conclusion]Outpatient urineroutine test total turnaround time fully qualified. Inpatient urine routine testpre-analytical turnaround time and Intra-analytical turnaround time pass rate was less than 90%,in particular.
