【摘要】 目的观察六步按摩法治疗不典型胸椎骨错缝的临床疗效。方法将87例不典型胸椎骨错缝患者随机分为治疗组57例,对照组30例。治疗组采用自创"六步按摩法"治疗,对照组采用常规按摩手法。结果治疗组的临床治愈率为84.2%,总有效率为100%,对照组的临床治愈率为33.3%;总有效率为80%,组间比较,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论六步按摩法治疗不典型胸椎骨错缝能够条畅气机、调和阴阳,恢复脏腑正常生理功能,从而起到治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of six-step massage in the treatment of atypical thoracic vertebrae. Methods 87 patients with atypical thoracic vertebrae were randomly divided into treatment group(57 cases) and control group(30 cases). The treatment group was using their own "six-step massage" treatment, the control group was using conventional massage techniques. Results The clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 84.2%, the total effective rate was 100%, the clinical cure rate of the control group was 33.3%, the total effective rate was 80%. Compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly superior than the control group(P <0.001). Conclusion Six-step massage therapy in the treatment of atypical thoracic vertebrae can adjustment of qi, yin and yang, restore the normal physiological function of viscera, which plays a role in the treatment of atypical thoracic vertebrae.更多还原
