【摘要】 目的探讨内异方联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRh-a)对气滞血瘀型卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(OEC)患者术后的影响。方法选取120例气滞血瘀型OEC患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组于月经来潮第5天GnRh-a 3.75 mg肌肉注射,1次/4周;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用内异方,2组均连续治疗6个月。比较治疗后2组患者卵巢囊肿直径、血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、雌二醇(E2)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平变化。结果治疗3~6个月后2组患者卵巢囊肿直径、CA125、E2及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)与治疗前比较,持续下降,白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平持续升高(P<0.05)。结论内异方联合GnRh-a可有效升高OEC患者术后血清IL-10水平、降低TNF-α水平,效果优于单用GnRh-a。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Objective To explore the effect of Neiyi recipe combined with Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRh-a) on qi stagnation and blood stasis type ovarian endometriosis cyst(OEC) patients after the operation. Methods Methods 120 cases qi stagnation and blood stasis type OEC patients were elected and divided into treatment group and control group, the patients of control group were given intramuscular injection GnRh-a 3.75 mg in the fifth day of menses, one time for four weeks. The patients of treatment group were treated with Neiyi recipe based on control group, the two groups were treated for 6 months. Compared the ovarian cyst diameter, levels of serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125), estradiol(E2), tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) and interleukin 10(IL-10) in two groups after treatment. Results Results After the treatment for three to six months, the ovarian cyst diameter, levels of CA125, E2 and TNF-α in two groups decreased continually, while the levels of IL-10 in two groups increased continually(P <0.05). Conclusion Conclusion Neiyi recipe combined with GnRh-a can elevate the IL-10 level and reduce the level of TNF-α of qi stagnation and blood stasis type OEC patients effectively, and the effect is better than Neiyi recipe alone.更多还原
