【Abstract】 Lumbrokinase is a kind of serine protease with fibrinolytic activity,which is extracted from eisenia foetida. It can activate and dissolve fibrinogen directly,and is widely used in the treatment of many diseases,such as tumor,thrombolysis,apoplexy,coronary heart disease,cardiopulmonary dysfunction,diabetes mellitus complicated with circulatory disturbance,and nephrotic syndrome.
