【摘要】 目的了解南充市放射医务人员的健康状况,为保护放射医务人员的健康提供依据。方法采用现况调查的方法,对2015年南充市670名放射医务人员的健康检查资料进行整理及统计学分析。结果内科神经衰弱综合征和血象异常率在不同工龄组间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),眼科、皮肤科、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT),天冬酸转氨酶(AST)、外周血淋巴细胞染色体及微核的异常率分别为3.6%、5.2%、18.4%、18.2%、4.0%及6.5%。其中眼科和皮肤科异常率各工龄组与≥25 a工龄组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),染色体和微核异常率<5、5~14 a工龄组与≥25 a工龄组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期在低辐射环境下工作,随着工龄的增加放射医务人员的健康受到影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the health status of radiologists in Nanchong City,and provide the evidence for protecting the health of radiologists.[Methods]The cross-sectional study were carried out to collect the health examination data of 670 radiologists and statistical analysis was conducted.[Results]The difference of abnormal rates of neurasthenic syndrome and blood routine in different age groups were all not statistically significant(all P>0.05). The abnormal rates of eye crystal,skin,ALT,AST,periphery blood lymphocyte chromosome and micronucleus were 3.6%,5.2%,18.4%,18.2%,4.0% and 6.5% respectively. Compared with ≥25 a length of service group,the differences of abnormal rates of eye crystal and skin in other length of service groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Compared with ≥25 a length of service group,the differences of abnormal rates of periphery blood lymphocyte chromosome and micronucleus in <5 and 5-14 a length of service groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).[Conclusion]Working in the low radiation environment for a long time,the health of radiologists will be affected with the increase of length of service.更多还原
