2015年佛山市禅城区白纹伊蚊抗药性调查

【摘要】 目的初步了解佛山市禅城区白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,指导全区科学选择和合理使用灭蚊药物,为控制登革热疫情提供依据。方法选择5种常用的致死类杀虫剂和2种击倒类杀虫剂,采用幼虫浸渍法对佛山市禅城区白纹伊蚊幼虫进行抗药性测定。结果佛山市禅城区白纹伊蚊对氯菊酯﹑残杀威﹑溴氰菊酯﹑Es-生物烯丙菊酯﹑四氟甲醚菊酯抗药性指数分别为3.71、4.26、9.56、9.52及4.62,属低度抗药性;对双硫磷﹑高效氯氰菊酯抗药性指数分别为14.80、12.87,属中度抗药性。结论在登革热媒介防治中,应科学合理使用杀虫剂,预防或延缓媒介伊蚊的抗药性产生。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the resistance level of aedes albopictus to insecticides in Chancheng district of Foshan city,guide the scientific selection and rational use of insecticides,and provide basis for epidemic situation of dengue fever control.[Methods]Five kinds of commonly used lethal insecticides and two knockout pesticides were selected,and the resistance of aedes albopictus larvae in Chancheng district of Foshan city was measured by larval impregnation method.[Results]The resistant indexes of aedes albopictus to permethrin,propoxur,deltamethrin,Es-Bioallethrin and dimefluthrin were 3.71,4.26,9.56,9.52 and 4.62,which were low drug resistance. The resistant indexes of aedes albopictus to temephos and beta cypermethrin were 14.80 and 12.87,which were moderate drug resistance.[Conclusion]During controlling the vector of dengue fever,using insecticides scientifically and rationally could contribute to preventing or delaying the occurrence of drug resistance.
