参杞红玛胶囊的急性毒性及遗传毒性
Acute toxicity and genetic toxicity test of Ginseng Wolfberry Rhodiola Maca Capsule
【摘要】 目的研究参杞红玛胶囊的急性毒性和遗传毒性。方法采用最大耐受剂量法的大、小鼠经口急性毒性试验、遗传毒性试验(Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验)。结果两种性别的大、小鼠经口最大耐受剂量(MTD)均大于15 000 mg/kg。3项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性。结论在实验条件下,参杞红玛胶囊属无毒级,未见遗传毒性。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the acute toxicity and genotoxicity of Ginseng Wolfberry Rhodiola Maca(GWRM)capsule.[Methods]Acute toxicity test for rats and mice by maximum dose method,and genetic toxicity test(Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow cell in mice,sperm shape abnormality test in mice) were made.[Results]The oral maximum dose(MTD) for rats and mice was more than 15 000 mg/kg. All 3 genetic toxicity tests had negative results.[Conclusion]GWRM shows neither acute toxicity nor genetic toxicity under experimental conditions.
