【摘要】 在对中药新药研发特色实验课程现状分析的基础上,探索性开展以团队学习为基础(team-basedlearning)的教学方法,通过成绩对比和调查问卷获得数据资料,并对其可行性和教学效果进行分析。教学实践表明,TBL教学能够显著提高学生学习的主动性和积极性,进一步提升学生的自主学习能力,加强团队合作精神和人际交往能力,获得师生们的一致认可;但TBL教学实践仍有一些不足之处,今后需进一步优化调整并大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 The teaching method of team-based learning(TBL) is carried out on the basis of analyzing the currentsituation of experiment course of new Chinese meteria medica research and development. The data and materialsare obtained through comparing results and questionnaire, and the feasibility and teaching effectiveness of TBL areanalyzed. The practice shows that TBL can raise students’ initiative and enthusiasm in learning, improve furthertheir autonomous learning ability, and reinforce their team cooperation spirit and interpersonal skills. In addition,some shortcomings appear in TBL practice, which will be optimized and adjusted in future work.更多还原
