【摘要】 《伤寒论》厥阴病篇条文繁杂,使得后世对于厥阴病的认识亦说法不一,争议颇多。故认为厥阴病既以"厥阴"为名,从"厥阴"一词的含义入手探究厥阴病的病机当有其合理性。认为厥阴的含义,一为阴寒凝盛,一为阳气待发,综合两者可知厥阴病之病机在于阴寒闭郁阳气,阳气当发而不发,故厥阴病主证当为寒凝阳郁证,其主方应为当归四逆汤,而当归四逆汤进一步演变则成为乌梅丸。同时基于对"厥阴"含义的探究得出,厥阴病阴极阳生的变化以阳气不虚为前提,故厥阴病并非六经病之最后阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jueyin chapter in Treatise on Febrile Diseases are miscellaneous.Physicans of later generations hold different perspective on it,which finally led to arguement.According to the article,it is reasonable to study Jueyin Disease in view of Jueyin’s meaning.Jueyin means cold coagulation and prepared yang to rise from ground.Accordingly Jueyin Disease’s pathogenesis is cold coagulation blocks rising yang qi and its main prescription is Danggui Sini Decoction,which Wumei Pill based on.Based on the study of Jueyin’s meaning,The article also points out that Jueyin Disease is not the last stage of six meridians diseases because yang germination form the extreme Yin relys on enough Yang.更多还原
