【摘要】 目的:基于"中医传承辅助平台"(V2.5)软件,对陈镜合教授临证治疗心悸的用药规律进行分析。方法:以陈镜合在广州中医药大学第一附属医院2014年3月至2016年1月岭南名医门诊治疗心悸病例为研究对象,提取处方药物建立数据库,采用关联规则、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法分析其治疗心悸的用药规律。结果:共纳入处方400首,使用药物总计160味,其中高频使用药物的前三位为甘草、茯苓、党参,高频药物组合前三位的为"甘草-茯苓""党参-甘草""陈皮-甘草",并挖掘出10首聚类新处方。结论:陈镜合教授治疗心悸立足于脾,以理脾治心为大法,临证多以六君子汤为基础方加减,并根据合并有肝郁气滞、痰火扰心、气阴两虚、阴虚火旺、心阳不振等兼证灵活化裁,多合用四逆散、温胆汤、生脉散、百合地黄汤、桂甘龙牡汤等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the experience of professor CHEN Jing-he in treating palpitation by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System( TCMISS). Methods: The prescriptions for palpitation of professor CHEN,which were from March,2014 to January,2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,were put into the TCMISS and composing principles were analyzed by using data mining methods such as association rules,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results: Based on the analysis of400 prescriptions and 160 herbs used,top 3 herbs of high using frequency were Gancao [Liquorice,甘 草 ],Fuling[Poria,茯苓]and Dangshen [Radix Codonopsis,党参]. Top 3 herb combinations of high using frequency were GancaoFuling,Dangshen-Gancao,Chenpi [Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,陈皮]-Gancao. 10 new prescriptions were also mined from the database. Conclusion: According to the study,Professor CHEN lay stress on spleen,while Liujunzi Decoction were most common,combined with a few other decoctions such as Sini Powder,Wendan Decoction,Shengmai Powder,Baihe Dihuang Decoction and Gui Gan Long Mu Decoction. The treatment of palpitation should focus on managing the spleen,which equates with cardiac management.更多还原
