【摘要】 尿毒症是严重威胁人类健康和生命的疾病,血液透析作为一种临床常用治疗方法,虽能有效地延长患者寿命,但是对于尿毒症期并发症不能显著缓解,而临床观察发现对透析患者采取适宜的中医疗法治疗不同的并发症,可操作性强、副作用小,能有效减轻患者症状,从而提高患者的生活质量。根据大量临床实践,针对血液透析阶段尿毒症患者常见并发症,结合中西医病因病机、中医辨证及中医疗法进行了中医治疗尿毒症期并发症的分析和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Uremia is a serious disease that threats people’s health and reduces the life expectancy. Haemodialysis( HD),as a common treatment for Uremia,which can effectively prolong patients’ lives,However,it can not effectively ameliorate clinical symptoms of the complications of Uremia. The clinical observation found that dialysis patients to take appropriate Chinese medicine treatment of different complications. It has operability and little side effects. It can effectively reduce the symptoms of patients,thereby improving the quality of life of patients. This article will summarize the evidences based on uremia ’s particular pathogenic factors, outline and analyze the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and TCM treatments of Uremia complications.更多还原
