【摘要】 目的:分析服药时间对山药功效发挥的影响并总结其规律。方法:对《中医方剂大辞典精选本》(精选本)所收载的含山药的方剂进行收载记录,收集山药方剂320首,以山药的服药时间为主线,用EXCEL对其进行图表分析。结果:山药服药时间与功效的关系具体表现为"饭后"补脾,"饭后"或"临卧"服用补肺益肾,"空腹"固肾。结论:服药时间对山药的功效发挥有较大影响,其对临床和保健养生有较大参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyse the influence of the specific clinical function of Dioscorea opposita Thunb. by the time of taking medicine and to summarize its rule. Methods: To record the prescriptions containing Dioscorea opposita Thunb.from the classic format Formula Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to analyse the time of taking medicine with charts by EXCEL. Results: The relationship between time of taking medicine and efficacy was: 1) Take medicine after meal was to reinforce the spleen; 2) Take medicine after meal or before sleeping was to reinforce the lung or tonify the kidney; 3)Take medicine with an empty stomach was to solid the kidney. Conclusion: The time of taking medicine had more influence on the clinical function of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.,which could be the reference of more value for the clinics and health protection.更多还原
