【摘要】 目的:观察芪杉胶囊联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察效果。方法:将98例符合标准的患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各49例,治疗3个月后观察2组瘤灶近期疗效、中医证候改善情况及化疗毒副反应发生率。结果:治疗组瘤灶近期疗效缓解率38.78%,对照组32.65%,差异有统计学意义;治疗组中医证候改善情况87.75%,对照组65.31%,差异有统计学意义;在化疗引起的白细胞减少、血小板下降、肝肾功能损害、恶心呕吐以及神经毒性方面,治疗组发生率明显减少,差异有统计学意义。结论:芪杉胶囊联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能显著改善患者气阴两虚证候,降低化疗所致的严重不良反应,提高患者生活质量,同时对缩小瘤灶有一定的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qishan Capsule combined with chemotheraphy regimens in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Ninety-eight patients diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(chemotheraphy group,n = 49),and the treatment group(chemotheraphy + Qishan Capsule group,n = 49). After the treatment of 3 months,the changes of indices including the short-term effects of tumor size,TCM syndromes improved conditions and incidence of toxic and adverse reaction were observed. Results: The effective alleviation rate of the short-term effects of tumor size in the treatment group was 38. 78%,the control group was 32. 65%,and the difference was statistically significant; and the treatment group also had obvious advantages in reducing toxic effects of chemotheraphy of white bloods cells; platelets descend,liver and kidney function damage,nausea,vomiting,and chemotheraphy neurotoxicity. Conclusion: Qishan capsule treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients can relieve dual deficiency of qi and yin syndromes,enhance quality of life and reduce the side effects of chemotheraphy,meanwhile,it has a effect in reducing tumor size.更多还原
