【摘要】 肝癌是我国发病率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率位居第二,严重影响我国人民的身体健康与生活质量。中医药在肝癌的发展过程中均起到治疗作用,针对湿、热、痰、瘀等邪进行依法施药,并结合扶正补虚法则,对抑制肿瘤的生长和延长患者生命有着重要意义。故将中医药对肝癌发生发展的根本原因、病理基础、病变脏腑等病因病机进行分析,结合临床实践对肝癌的治则归为扶正与祛邪,主要总结分析活血化瘀、疏肝理气、清热解毒、化痰散结等祛邪治法与益气健脾、补益肝肾、补气养阴等扶正治法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Liver cancer is one of higher incidence of malignant tumors in our country,whose mortality is located in the second of malignant tumor. It seriously affects people’ s health and quality of life in China. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment plays a role in the process of the development in liver cancer. It administers against dampness,heat,phlegm,and blood stasis according to the drug rules. According to law of excess or insufficiency of centralizer,it inhibits tumor growth and prolongs patient life importantly. In this paper,the occurrence and development of traditional Chinese medicine for liver cancer root cause,pathological basis and viscera lesions etiology and pathogenesis is analyzed. In combination with clinical practice liver cancer therapeutic principle classifies as the centralizer and evil spirits. It mainly summarizes the analysis of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,liver qi,clearing aving the heat and toxin,eliminate pathogenic TCM phlegm fights,etc,and strengthening the spleen and qi,tonic liver and kidney,tonifying a and yin summarizes the treatment,etc.更多还原
