【摘要】 目的:通过红外热像技术,观察中医体质转化分数与人体各部位左右温度平衡之间的关系。方法:开展随机交叉对照试验,分别观察无外热源(不艾灸)和有外热源(穴位艾灸)的情况下,人体左右温度差(ΔI)与9种中医体质转化分数之间的相关性。受试者均为健康男性青年,共36例。艾灸部位为神阙、气海穴或左右足三里,每穴灸20 min。结果:不艾灸时,特稟质与眼部和腹部ΔI之间均有显著的负相关性(P<0.01);艾灸神阙气海穴后,特稟质与正面小腿ΔI之间存在显著负相关性(P<0.01);艾灸足三里后,气虚质与背上部ΔI之间成显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:中医体质转化分数与人体左右温度平衡之间存在一定的相关性,深入的研究将有助于中医体质分类的客观化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the correlation between TCM constitution transformation fraction and the temperature balance of the left and right sides of human body by using infrared thermal imaging technique. Method: A randomized controlled cross-over trial was carried to observe the correlation between the temperature balance of the left and right sides and TCM constitution transformation fraction in the case of without outside heat( without moxibustion) and with outside heat( moxibustion). Indexes of the temperature balance of the left and right sides include the temperature difference after experiment( ΔI). 36 volunteers had taken part in the test the volunteers are health young man. The location of moxibustion are the Shenque( CV 8) and Qihai( CV 6) or the right and left Zusanli( ST 36). Moxibustion was applied on each point for 20 min. Results: In the case of without moxibustion,the inherited special constitution had a significant negative correlation( P < 0. 01) with the ΔI of eyes and the ΔI of abdomen. After moxibustion at the Shenque( CV 8) and Qihai( CV 6),the inherited special constitution had a significant negative correlation( P < 0. 01) with the ΔI of front leg. After moxibustion at the Zusanli( ST 36),the qi-deficiency constitution had a significant negative correlation( P <0. 01) with the ΔI of upper back. Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between the TCM constitutions and the temperature balance of the left and right sides of human body.
