【摘要】 目的:观察乌梅消食颗粒对缺铁性贫血（IDA）患者T细胞亚群的紊乱的治疗疗效。方法:对不同诱因导致的缺铁性贫血患者共85例随机分为两组,治疗组采用乌梅消食颗粒联合乳酸亚铁口服液,对照组采用安慰剂加乳酸亚铁口服液治疗,采用三色直接荧光法流式细胞技术进行T细胞亚群检验,对比二者治疗前后是否具有差异。判断联合治疗及单药治疗对细胞免疫是否具有相关影响。结果:与铁剂单药对照组相比,联合治疗组外周血中CD₃⁺、CD₃⁺CD₄⁺淋巴细胞计数回升更快,CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺比值较治疗前提升更加明显（P<0.01）,联合组CD₃⁺CD₈⁺淋巴细胞计数降低更加明显（P<0.05）。与治疗前相比,两组患者细胞免疫紊乱均有所改善（P<0.05）。结论:缺铁性贫血患者存在细胞免疫紊乱,而且这种T细胞亚群异常可以被铁剂纠正,联合乌梅消食颗粒可以加速这种细胞免疫异常的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Wumei Xiaoshi Powder in the iron deficiency anemia（ IDA） patients with abnormal cellular immunity. Method: We totally analyzed 85 IDA patients which were divided into two groups randomly. One group were treated with Wumei Xiaoshi Powder and ferrous lactate together and the other group were treated with placebo and ferrous lactate either. And all of them received detections of lymphocyte immunophenotyping by flow cytometry three-color direct immunofluorescent method. And then we made a series of comparisons between the two groups in their peripheral blood lymphocyte immunophenotyping. Result: The levels of CD₃⁺ and CD₃⁺CD₄⁺ were rising faster than the placebo group’s and the CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ ratio was in a same way too（ P < 0. 01）. The Wumei Xiaoshi Power group had lower CD₃⁺CD₈⁺ value than the other group’s（ P < 0. 05）. After the treatment of IDA with ferrite,the abnormal cellular immunity got better in two groups（ P < 0. 05）. Conclusion: Iron deficiency anemia patients have abnormal subset of T cell,resulting in decreased immune function especially the cellular immunity. But this abnormal cellular immunity could be improved by treating with iron and the Wumei Xiaoshi Powder could accelerate the course of the recovery.更多还原
