【摘要】 目的比较低温等离子刀扁桃体切除和传统扁桃体剥离术的手术效果。方法 152例慢性扁桃体炎或扁桃体肥大患儿,随机分为奇偶数组,分别采用低温等离子刀和传统剥离方法,采用t检验比较两组手术时间、手术出血量、术后疼痛时间、疼痛程度、伪膜脱落时间及手术并发症的差异。结果低温等离子刀组手术时间较传统剥离组明显缩短,出血量显著减少,疼痛时间缩短,疼痛程度较轻,术后伪膜脱落时间无明显差异,术后并发症发生率低。结论低温等离子刀行扁桃体切除术可显著缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,术后疼痛时间缩短、疼痛程度减轻,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy with conventional tonsillectomy. Methods 152 cases of children with chronic tonsillitis or tonsil hypertrophy were selected. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group were treated by low-temperature plasma,and the control group using conventional stripping method. Using t test comparing the difference between the two groups in operation time,bleeding volume,the period of postoperative pain,the degree of pain,the off time of tunica albuginea and surgical complications. Results The surgery time,bleeding volume,the period of postoperative pain,the degree of pain of group experimental group was significantly lower in experimental group than those of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than the control group,but there was no statistically significance in the postoperative off time of tunica albuginea between groups. Conclusion Low temperature plasma method has the advantages of shorter operation time,less bleeding and postoperative pain.更多还原
