【摘要】 滤泡辅助性T细胞(Tfh)是最近发现的辅助B细胞新的CD4~+T细胞亚群。趋化因子受体5(C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5,CXCR5)、诱导性共刺激分子(inducible co-stimulator,ICOS)等主要功能分子参与了Tfh细胞的分化。Tfh细胞功能调节异常或Tfh细胞相关分子表达异常,可能与某些自身免疫性疾病、免疫缺陷病和恶性肿瘤的发病机制有关。本文就CXCR5和Tfh细胞的发现、Tfh细胞的起源与Tfh细胞功能相关的细胞因子,Tfh效应细胞和记忆细胞的迁移和定位、Tfh细胞异常与疾病等问题进行了综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Follicular helper T cells(Tfh)are a recently discovered subset of CD4~+T cells that provide help to B cells.The major function molecules of Tfh cells such as C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5(CXCR5) and inducible co-stimulator(ICOS) are involved in the differentiation of Tfh cells.Dysregulation of Tfh cell function likely contributes to the pathogenesis of immune-related diseases.In this article,the CXCR5 and Tfh cells,Tfh cells and Tfh cell function related to the origin of cytokines,migration and localization of Tfh effector cells and memory cells,Tfh cell abnormalities reviewed and disease problems.更多还原
