【摘要】 目的:观察肺痨康治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期气阴两虚证的临床效果。方法:将入选的67例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者随机分为对照组34例和治疗组33例。对照组给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病的常规抗感染、止咳化痰等治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用肺痨康。观察比较两组治疗后中医证候积分、肺功能、6 min步行试验(6MWT)、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组的中医证候各项积分、mMRC评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),其中治疗组气短和喘息积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的6MWT、肺功能均明显优于治疗前,且均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺痨康对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的气阴两虚证患者具有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of Fei Lao-kang in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage of the lung and kidney Qi-yin deficiency.Method:67 patients with COPD in stable stage were randomized into the control group(34 cases) and the treatment group(33 cases).The control group was treated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with routine anti infection,relieving cough and phlegm and other treatment,the treatment of the treatment group in the control group with Fei Lao-kang.The TCM syndrome scores,pulmonary function,6 min walking test(6MWT) and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups after treatment.Result:After treatment,TCM symptom scores and m MRC scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the shortness of breath and wheezing scores of treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05), 6MWT, lung function of the treatment group were significantly better than those before treatment,and better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fei Lao-kang shows good efficacy in treating COPD in stable stage of Qi-yin deficiency type.更多还原
