【摘要】 目的:观察与比较不同术前访视对老年普外科手术患者及家属不良心理情绪的疏导作用。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年12月本院收治的60例老年普外科手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组观察组,每组30例,对照组进行常规术前访视,观察组则进行多形式术前访视。统计与比较两组患者及家属访视前后的Zung量表及POMS量表评估结果。结果:访视前两组患者及家属的Zung量表及POMS量表评估结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而访视后观察组患者及家属的Zung量表及POMS量表评估结果均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多形式术前访视对老年普外科手术患者及家属不良心理情绪的疏导作用好于常规术前访视,在老年手术患者及家属中的应用价值相对更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and compare the counseling effect of different preoperative interview for the unhealthy psychology and emotion of elderly patients and their family members in Department of General Surgery.Method:From January 2015 to December 2016,60 elderly patients in Department of General Surgery were selected as the study object,and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional preoperative interview,the observation group was treated with multiple preoperative interview.Then the evaluation results of Zung scale and POMS scale of two groups before and after the interview were analyzed and compared.Result:Before the interview,the evaluation results of Zung scale and POMS scale of patients and their familymembers of two groups were no significant differences(P>0.05),after the interview,the evaluation results of Zung scale and POMS scale of patients and their family members of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The counseling effect of different preoperative interview for the unhealthy psychology and emotion of elderly patients in Department of General Surgery and family members are better than those of conventional preoperative interview,which has relatively high application.更多还原
