【摘要】 目的:探究关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节骨创伤患者的临床价值。方法:对照分析本院78例膝关节创伤患者在关节镜微创手术治疗和保守治疗下的不同效果。结果:在并发症方面,观察组患者脱位、头坏死、关节感染、异位骨化的发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在Neer评分方面,观察组优良率为90.69%,对照组为25.71%,观察组评分情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗效果方面,观察组总有效率为90.69%,对照组为60.00%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节骨创伤具有良好的效果,复位是手术治疗的关键,应不断运用新技术,推广、深化关节镜微创手术的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of arthroscopy of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of knee joint trauma.Method:Cross-check analysis on the effect of 78 cases of patient with knee joint trauma in our hospital treated with arthroscopy of minimally invasive surgery and conservative treatment.Result:In the complication,the incidence of dislocation,head necrosis,joint infection and heterotopic ossification in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Neer scale,the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 90.69%,the control group was 25.71%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment effect,the effective rate of the observation group was 90.69%,the control group was 60.00%,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopy of minimally invasive surgery for knee joint trauma has a good effect,reduction is the key to surgical treatment,should continue to use new technologies to promote and deepen the minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery.更多还原
