【摘要】 人体口腔内可分离出大量细菌,具核梭杆菌是其中比较有代表性的一种。具核梭杆菌是一种革兰氏阴性专性厌氧菌,最初认为它是一种有益菌,但随着微生物检测技术的进步和组织病理学的发展,发现在多种口腔疾病中均可检测出大量具核梭杆菌。进一步研究发现它有很强致病性,能引起多种口腔疾病,如口腔炎性病变,化脓性病变及坏疽性病变等。同时具核梭杆菌能与口腔内许多其他致病菌共聚,产生协同作用,从而影响疾病的发展,加速病变进程,加重严重程度,阻碍了临床治疗。故本文对具核梭杆菌的致病性与所引起的牙龈炎、牙周炎、牙髓炎、牙周牙髓联合病变、根尖周炎做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are a large number of bacteria was isolated in human oral,Fusobacterium nucleatum is one of the most representative.Originally considered it is a kind of beneficial bacteria,but with the advancement of microbial detection technologies and development of histopathology,discovery Fusobacterium nucleatum can be detected in a variety of diseases.Further explore it was found severely pathogenicity,can cause many kinds of oral diseases,such as oral inflammatory diseases,oral suppurative lesions and oral gangrenous diseases.Than Fusobacterium nucleatum has coaggregation with other pathogens in oral,synergetic effect with each other,thus influences diseases development,promote progression of lesions,increase the severity,so the clinic therapy has been largely delayed.This review focused on Fusobacterium nucleatum caused by oral diseases,include gingivitis,periodontitis,pulpitis,combined periodontal-endodontic lesions and periapical periodontitis.更多还原
