中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床疗效。方法:90例随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组加用喜炎平联合丹参川芎嗪治疗。结果:总有效率观察组91.11%、对照组73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组动脉血气分析及肺功能指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗COPD急性加重期疗效较好,可以显著改善动脉血气及肺功能指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Method: 90 cases were randomly and evenly divided into two groups.The control group were given routine treatment while the observation group was added with Xiyanping combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine. Result The total effective rate of the observation group(91.11%) was higher than that of the control group(73.33%). The difference was significant(P<0.05) After the treatment, arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function indicators of two groups were superior to that before the treatment(P<0.05) The improvement of the observation group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05) Conclusion: Combination of TCM and western medicine has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD, which could significantly improve the patient’s arterial blood gas analysis and lung function.更多还原
